Tin Drum was an extremely tight location. It was tougher to get into the building in the first place. Then once inside, the ordering tablets are above the counter and not reachable by someone in a wheelchair. The staff was too busy to assist. And it seemed like the sum of many minor issues would ruin the entire experience for someone visiting the restaurant.
