This quick pickup location for Amazon packages was slightly disappointing in the area of accessibility. It's supposed to promote ease, but the lockers for the packages tower high above wheelchair level. There's a help option on their main screen to access packages that we assumed to be for reading out information or extra help from the staff, but it didn't work. And while we tried to get more information from the staff, they were too busy to assist us.
